Steering Group - Accountable for the strategic direction of the programme including outcomes, senior stakeholder management, market adoption, investment and delivery timelines.
Executive Steering Group - A group which meets more regularly than the Steering Group to allow time-critical decisions to be made and reported back to the Steering Group.
Risk Committee - Provides risk management and plan management oversight and governance.
PbS Management Group - Provides regular programme management on behalf of the Steering Group. Accountable for working in partnership by challenging the programme and escalating unresolved issues to the Executive Steering Group.
Design Authority - Accountable for signing off the business and technology design and making recommendations on design matters to the Steering Group.
Change Board - Challenges and approves planned change. Reports approved change via the PbS Management Group to Steering Group for ratification.
CSC Xchanging CSRP Steering Group - The group that sets the direction for CSC Xchanging’s own CSRP delivery and monitors achievement of the delivery outcomes. The group provides oversight for CSC Xchanging’s planning, resourcing, design, build and test activities.
Process Group - The group of expert market practitioners which provide input to CSRP. Members are from brokers, carriers, software houses, TMEL and ACORD.
Independent QA - Responsible for providing independent technical review and quality assurance across the CSRP programme lifecycle. This includes challenging the delivery method, estimating, planning, testing and other key programme aspects.
